WHY HIRE A COACH?

A coach is so much more than just a fitness professional.

Yes, their purpose is to expertly craft and assist you in executing a highly effective program - but your relationship with your coach is so much deeper than that. The right coach will help you completely transform your life. They will encourage healthy habits, hold you accountable, challenge you, cheer you on, and push you out of your comfort zone. A good coach is there for all the highs and lows, high fiving you after a PR (personal record), or lending an ear when you're going through something difficult. They truly care about you and your progress, they uplift you, they make you feel seen and heard, they make you believe in yourself, and they make you excited to show up for your sessions.

Pictured above is myself and my coach Jess St John. Jess has completely changed my life, and I’m beyond grateful to have her as a coach and friend. She is my biggest inspiration. I have not only had the blessing of having a close bond with my own coach, but also with my clients. Many long term clients have turned to friends, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of my amazing clients that give me the honour of supporting them on their fitness journey.
